Ernie Fleming - Artist & Elvis Impersonator

Ernie Fleming lives in Ilderton with other intellectually challenged adults at the Crest Support Services housing units in King Street. Following a fall from his bicycle as a young boy Ernie suffered with learning and development issues and over the years has learned to paint and draw in a variety of media and on a variety of canvas materials. Most often Ernie's canvas will be a discarded cardboard carton from a local business! Many of Ernie's artworks were created at The King Edward Restaurant & Pub where he will often sketch customers and staff, but he especially enjoys creating likenesses of performing artists. Ernie has a great love for "The King" (Elvis) and dresses as his idol often, so to be around musicians really fires Ernie's artistic nature. "The Comos" is an example of a piece of art which found it's way into the CD cover of "Bandwidth" released in 2006 by the famous London based all-round good guys.
